An established architectural millwork company is seeking an experienced Project Estimator to handle custom architectural woodwork projects across corporate, institutional, retail, restaurant, and residential sectors. The role involves project estimation, scope coordination, pricing analysis, and collaboration with project management teams to support complex woodworking and construction projects.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate project scope and estimating activities for assigned projects
• Review project plans, specifications, drawings, and bid documents
• Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and general conditions estimates
• Attend pre bid meetings and project site visits
• Collaborate with project management teams to develop project execution strategies
• Analyze construction materials, labor, and project methods for accurate pricing
• Maintain communication with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams
• Support bid management processes and online plan room activities
• Develop strong professional relationships with stakeholders involved in projects
• Ensure estimating accuracy for custom architectural millwork projects

Qualifications and Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• 7 to 10 years of estimating experience in custom architectural millwork
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and construction methods
• Experience with estimating software, bid management tools, and database applications
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Authorized to work in the United States
