The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.Basic Qualifications•Team Lead Experience.• Design experience with Harness, Wiring, or Cable design/schematics.• Experience with design tools such as JEDI or Capital Logic.• Experience with 3-D Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools such as CATIA, NX, Solidworks, Pro Engineer, Creo, Unigraphics, 3DX, or equivalent.• Bachelor’s or above Degree from an accredited college in a related engineering discipline.• Must be a US Citizen with active secret security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.Desired Skills- Experience in project schedule development and have ability to generate statements of work and basis-of-estimates.- Experience leading a team of engineers, and ability to execute performance assessments and career development of team members.- Familiarity with Engineering Bill-of-Materials, Change Management, and all forms of Lockheed Aeronautics Engineering forms and processes.- Experience working F-35 or similar programs.
