COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Medical Director (MD, DO)

Up to $325,000 guaranteed salary
$18,000 Housing allowance provided by employer
$25,000 Signing bonus
$10,000 Relocation assistance
Comprehensive benefits including - $3,000 in CEU, 7% retirement-match, and 30 days PTO (front-loaded)
$850 monthly / $10,200 annual Tribal contribution towards healthcare premium
NHSC Federal School Loan assistance, $80,000 over 2 years of service

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Medical Director (MD, DO)

Hybrid role – 50 / 50 split focus between leadership and direct patient care
Tribal Health - Primary Care Setting
100% Outpatient focus
Monday – Friday schedule
No Weekend / No call

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Medical Director (MD, DO)

MD / DO - Board Certified / Board Eligible
Seeking providers with a team mentality and passion to provide quality patient care
Prior leadership and Tribal Health experience preferred

COMMUNITY Medical Director (MD, DO)

Central location – only an hour to Eugene and Medford, Oregon
An area renowned for its outdoors offerings - Fly-fishing, fantastic hiking trails, Wineries, and gorgeous golf courses
Only an hour to the ‘tucked-away’ Pacific Ocean beaches that are not overly crowded
One of the most scenic regions in PNW with plethora of lakes and waterfalls
