As a Remote Customer Service Independent Contractor, you may have the opportunity to support established brands across a variety of industries. Depending on the client program, responsibilities may include assisting customers with account questions, orders, reservations, product or service inquiries, basic troubleshooting, and other customer support needs.

Opportunities and program requirements vary, giving qualified individuals the ability to explore options that align with their skills, interests, availability, and the specific requirements of each program.

What You'll Do

Depending on the program you are contracted to support, responsibilities may include:

• Provide professional customer service by phone and/or other supported channels
• Assist customers with questions and general support needs
• Follow program-specific procedures and guidelines
• Accurately document customer interactions when required
• Maintain professionalism and reliability while working remotely
• Complete required training before beginning service
• Meet applicable program performance and scheduling requirements

Requirements

To be considered, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work as an independent contractor in the United States
• Have your own:
  • Windows-based Computer 
  • Monitor
  • Keyboard
  • Headset
  • Reliable internet service
• Have a quiet, professional workspace suitable for remote customer service
• Be dependable and able to work independently
• Successfully complete any required screening and program onboarding requirements

Background Check

A  background-check is required as part of the onboarding/screening process.

The background check must be successfully completed before you can proceed with applicable onboarding.

Please do not apply if you are unwilling or unable to complete the required background check.

Experience

No prior customer service experience is required.

Independent Contractor Status

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity , not a traditional W-2 employment position.

Independent contractors are responsible for their own:

• Federal/state/local taxes
• Equipment
• Internet service
• Workspace
• Other business-related expenses

Contractors are responsible for maintaining their availability and meeting the requirements of the specific program they support.

Work From Home

100% Remote

Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming

You will work from your own home using your own equipment and internet connection.

Minimum commitment: 15 hours per week.

Actual scheduling, available hours, training requirements, and other program-specific requirements may vary depending on the customer service program.
