I opened my agency in 2013 after building a 35-year career with State Farm, giving me decades of experience in the industry and a deep understanding of what it takes to serve customers and develop a successful team. I'm a proud Spelman College alumna and grew up in the Midwest. Outside of work, I love traveling, writing and creative writing, cooking and entertaining, hiking, and playing tennis. Community service is a true passion of mine. I'm actively involved with my church and support programs throughout the Los Angeles area that serve people experiencing homelessness, as well as organizations focused on supporting seniors and young people. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Leisha Willis Insurance and Financial Services Inc. is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
