ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2016 and am currently focused on growing the team. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a General Manager at a Toyota dealership. I made the transition into insurance to gain better work-life balance while still building a successful, people-focused business.

Outside of work, I’m a parent to a son and daughter, and we love spending time together snow skiing and heading to the river. Family and balance are important to me, and that carries into how I run my agency.

Kevin Ray - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
