If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Software Development Analyst to join our team in Ashburn, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).Job Duties:Responsible for the end-to-end user experience and interface design for new features in our customer-facing commercial card products, working closely with product, business analysts, engineers, designers, and stakeholders across the companyCollaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements.Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.Provide UX direction for development, testing, and refinement of prototypesDevelop user flows, information architecture, and interaction design for web and mobile applications.Design visually appealing user interfaces that prioritize user experience and accessibility.Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on designs and make improvements.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.Collaborate with the development team to ensure design feasibility and implement design solutions.Work closely with the product team to maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital touchpoints.Develop captivating and intuitive designs that prioritize user needs and satisfaction.Create designs that are not only visually stunning but also minimize technical debt and complexities, leading to enhanced efficiency.Apply your in-depth understanding of 508 compliance to design accessible solutions that cater to a diverse user base.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand user requirements and translate them into interactive wireframes, user flows, and style guides.Present well-crafted design prototypes to client stakeholders, incorporating insights from user interviews to drive discovery. Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience Minimum 3 years of UX design and visual UI design experience.Must be US Citizen with ability to pass DHS CBP Background Investigation.Preferred Qualifications:6+ years experience in the full range of product design, interaction design and visual designFamiliarity with a variety of user research methodologies and how to use them effectivelyExcellent communication and the ability to influence multiple levels of the organizationAbility to design for any platform (iOS, Android, mobile web, desktop etc.)Mastery of design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, etc)Ability to work well on an highly collaborative and cross-functional teamProven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in building mobile apps and websitesProficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects and problem-solving skills.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first design principles.Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.Proven experience in conducting user interviews to uncover insights and using them to inform design decisions.Strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather and synthesize requirements.An online portfolio showcasing your work and highlighting your ability to solve design challenges and create visually compelling solutions.A cross-platform mindset, capable of translating ideas seamlessly across mobile, web-based, and desktop environments. #FEDSECAbout NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
