HR Generalist: Onboarding & Benefits

O2B Early Education is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day employment changes across multiple sites. You will contribute to accurate HR records, benefits administration, and HRIS updates in a busy, people-focused environment. Ideal candidates have HR generalist experience, familiarity with ADP and applicant tracking systems, and a degree in HR, business, or related field.
