Responsibilities Serve as a key finance partner to GTM teams, delivering BI and actionable insights focused on operational efficiency, profitability, and growth. Lead the annual sales budgeting process and provide ongoing support and analytics around actual progress toward goals. Support the development and execution of monthly sales commission processes, including partnering with Sales leadership to adapt programs as needed. Own the development (and maintenance) of company‑wide KPI dashboards that support a data‑driven, decision‑making culture across all levels of the organization. Own regular and ad‑hoc FP&A deliverables, including monthly reconciliations, variance analysis, and income statement and balance sheet preparation. Collaborate across the broader finance teams on ad‑hoc financial analyses, forecasting, and support for internal reporting requirements. May telecommute once a week. Salary and Working Hours Salary: $169,541 per year. Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (9:00 am – 5:00 pm). Location 360 Madison Ave, 15th Floor, New York, NY 10017. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field. 5 years of post‑baccalaureate experience in a role similar to the one offered, or as a Senior Financial Analyst in FinTech, Tech, or Financial Services, with US GAAP and Salesforce expertise.
