Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a motivated commercial construction Assistant Project Manager with 3 years of experience in construction, design, architecture, engineering, or a related field. The Assistant Project Manager coordinates project activities to ensure costs, schedule, document control, and quality standards are met. They support the Project Manager and Superintendents through continuous learning, collaborating with clients, architects, subcontractors, and coworkers, and representing the firm in schedule- and cost-related matters within approved parameters. What You’ll Do Coordinate, develop, manage, and implement all facets necessary to construct the project on time, within budget, and to the specified quality. Assist the Project Manager with construction planning, scheduling equipment deliveries, document distribution, and serving as a liaison between project team members and the community to promote the interests of both the firm and clients. Work with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Project Executives to provide technical guidance on cost estimates, contracts, change orders, and project objectives. What You Bring To The Table A minimum of 3 years of experience working in construction, design, architecture, engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in PlanGrid, Procore, and Sage 300 Timberline. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office programs. Strong and proactive communication (written, phone, and in person). Ability to work well with colleagues, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and the community. Some travel may be required depending on business needs. What We Offer Salary range $80,000 to $95,000, and an annual discretionary bonus.
