Michelle, 14 Hands, Columbia Crest, Intrinsic, Liquid Light, Northstar, and Spring Valley Vineyard, are enjoyed across the U.S. and distributed in over 100 countries.HR Coordinator job responsibilities include:Serve as the main point of contact for employee questions and requests on HR related matters through the HR Shared Services email inboxReview and track employment transactions in HR systems, including new hire processing, job changes, and terminationsFacilitate various employee lifecycle processes including New Hire Orientations and Exit SurveysProvide support for workers' compensation and unemployment programs, including claim coordination and documentation managementSupport talent acquisition activities, including posting positions, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, preparing offer documentation, and facilitating pre-employment processesTrack and/or audit multiple processes to ensure compliance, such as I-9 documents, bonus programs, and invoice paymentsAssist with benefits administration, including answering employee questions, partnering with benefit vendors, and maintaining benefits systemsProactively seek process improvement opportunities to enhance service and efficiency for the HR teamCreate templates and job aids to streamline HR processesFacilitate and assist with human resources processes including record-keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry, report generation, and data analysisAssist with various administrative tasks such as processing mail, filing, internal communications, and event schedulingParticipate in ad hoc projects and assignments at management discretionPosition requirements:Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred; Or equivalent combination of education and experience1-2 years previous HR experience required, preferably in a corporate environmentHRIS system experience required; UKG preferredKnowledge of human resources concepts, systems, policies, and practices requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills preferredStrongly preferred: Bilingual in English/ Spanish, to include comprehension, reading, and writing in both languagesAbility to provide excellent customer support to our employees and clients with a focus on effective resolution of inquiries and issuesStrong organizational and multitasking skillsMust be a self-starter, work independently and possess the ability to tackle new tasks with little directionStrong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skillsComfortable with ambiguity and responsive to changing prioritiesHigh level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentialityYour compensation: $23.50 to $30.54/hour based upon relevant experience.
