We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team in Carroll & Tuscarawas County.

• Flexible scheduling design your day to meet both professional and personal needs.
• Local travel only approximately 5070 miles per day with mileage reimbursement.
• Limited weekends rotation only every 56 weeks.
• Comprehensive training we welcome those new to home health and provide full support.
• Supportive leadership our management team is made up of experienced field clinicians who understand your role.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a current LPN license in the State of Ohio
• Have at least 1 year of nursing experience (home health experience preferred but not required)
• Demonstrate strong communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues
• Be comfortable working independently while collaborating as part of a care team
• Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills
