Technical Recruiter - AI Research & Silicon Engineering
Drive Capital
Normal Computing is seeking a Technical Recruiter in Palo Alto to own full-cycle recruitment for AI/ML researchers, silicon engineers, and forward-deployed engineers. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates who aren’t actively looking, and close strong hires that enable chip tapesouts and timely deployments. You will lead the end-to-end process, maintain data hygiene in Ashby, and drive a high-velocity pipeline while representing the company at industry events to attract top #J-18808-Ljbffr Drive Capital
