Field Representative

$17.79 - $22.00 per hour Field Representative II Position Summary Join Ricoh as a Field Representative II supporting a fleet of multifunction printers and print devices at a customer location. In this role, you will provide hands‑on technical support, manage supplies and inventory, perform light equipment maintenance, assist with device moves and installations, and deliver exceptional customer service. Success in this position requires strong troubleshooting skills, technology aptitude, and a proactive approach to resolving issues. Key Responsibilities Support the daily operation, maintenance, and availability of customer print devices. Monitor service and supply alerts, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate escalations when needed. Maintain printer supplies, toner inventory, and hardware stock levels. Assist with printer installations, moves, additions, changes, and device replacements. Track assets, meter reads, and inventory using fleet management tools. Train end users on printer functionality and best practices. Communicate service status updates and ensure timely issue resolution. Support fleet optimization initiatives and identify improvement opportunities. Complete required documentation and administrative tasks accurately and on time. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional technical education preferred. Experience in IT help desk support, printer/copier support, customer service, or a related technical field. Comfortable working with computers, networks, and printing technology. Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver excellent customer service. Technical certifications and printer industry experience are a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies up to 50 pounds. Frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching. Ability to move multifunction printers and equipment when required. Comfortable working onsite in a professional office environment.
