We’re looking for a confident, organized leader with strong LIHTC/tax credit experience who is passionate about creating a great resident experience while maintaining compliance and strong property performance.

What You’ll Do

Lead daily operations and overall performance of the community
Maintain compliance with LIHTC/tax credit regulations
Lead, coach and support leasing and maintenance teams
Manage budgets, occupancy and financial performance
Oversee leasing, move-ins, renewals and resident relations
Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented community
Build strong relationships with residents, vendors and team members

What You Bring

2+ years of LIHTC/tax credit property management experience in Ohio
High school diploma or GED
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
Strong attention to detail and compliance
A customer-focused mindset and commitment to resident satisfaction
