Senior Zscaler Engineer

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Zscaler Engineer will manage and maintain security systems across internal and client environments, focusing on cloud security solutions and responding to client configuration issues. Key responsibilities Develop, mature, and maintain Zscaler's cloud-based infrastructure, including migrating policies and configuring firewalls Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and security issues related to Zscaler services Conduct regular security audits and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Zscaler services with existing infrastructure Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience 4-7 years of experience in managed Security Services or Information Security 2-4+ years of experience managing and deploying Zscaler Strong foundation in network security principles, including Zero Trust architecture Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
