Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic | Phoenix Metro & Yuma, AZ We are partnering with a well-established, growing private practice outpatient physical therapy group with 9 clinic locations (7 in the Phoenix/Metro area, 2 in Yuma) to find dedicated and team-oriented Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join their team. Position Details Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic / Private Practice Patient Population: Adult & Mixed/Age-Diverse Schedule: Full-Time | Part-Time Flexible Assignment Type: Permanent | Temp-to-Hire Location: Multiple locations across Phoenix/Metro Area & Yuma, AZ Salary: Competitive, based on experience and credentials Start Date: Flexible sooner preferred About the Role As a PTA, you'll carry out treatment plans established by supervising Physical Therapists for an adult and mixed-age outpatient orthopedic population. PTAs in this practice see an average of 1114 patients per day and do not perform evaluations, allowing you to focus entirely on delivering quality hands‑on care. You'll be backed by a team of aides and techs with BA degrees handling therapeutic exercise, keeping your schedule focused on skilled treatment. The practice is home to a team of 30+ therapists across 9 clinics, built on a culture of teamwork, mentorship, and clinical growth. There are no rigid productivity quotas and the importance of productivity is discussed collaboratively, not enforced as a metric. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a licensed PT Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions for adult outpatient orthopedic patients Monitor and report patient progress to the supervising PT Maintain accurate, timely documentation using Clinicient/InsightGo with AI Scribe support Build genuine therapeutic rapport with patients and contribute to a positive team culture Collaborate with PTs, aides, and support staff in a team-oriented setting Preferred Skills & Specializations All experience levels are welcome.
