Sales Recruiter (Contract)

To support the Talent Management team, the part-time Sales Recruiter (Contract) will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent in the media technology industry while working remotely for 10-15 hours per week. Key responsibilities: Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and meet competitive goals Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to final offer negotiation Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies in partnership with leadership Required qualifications: 2+ years of experience in corporate recruitment Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems Experience using job boards such as LinkedIn and Indeed Proven success in conducting interviews through various methods Strong networking skills and a passion for providing a top-notch candidate experience
