Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid)

Required Qualifications

10+ years of Information Technology experience.
Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Framework.
Advanced knowledge of OOP concepts and Design Patterns.
Experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, and integrations.
Strong understanding of SOQL and relational databases.
Experience developing enterprise web applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
Ability to drive projects independently from requirements through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
Develop scalable solutions using Object-Oriented Programming principles and Design Patterns.
Participate in all phases of the SDLC including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and system integrators.
Perform application integration and data exchange using APIs, web services, and Salesforce tools.
Write and optimize SOQL queries and Salesforce configurations.
Create and maintain technical design documents and system documentation.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Support knowledge transfer activities related to the CT-KIND and CCWIS initiatives.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and best practices.
