Join Our Team as a part-time receptionist at Kumon Math and Reading Center of Peoria, IL!
Are you looking for a role where you can make a difference in the lives of students while working in a supportive and welcoming environment? Kumon Math and Reading Center of Peoria, IL, is seeking a part-time friendly and organized receptionist to join our team. If you enjoy interacting with people, staying organized, and being part of a mission-driven organization, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Required availability is on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 3-6:30pm with the opportunity to expand in the future.
What You’ll DoAs our Front Desk Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our center. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting students and parents with a warm and professional demeanor. - Answering the business phone and speaking directly with clients to provide information or address inquiries. - Managing appointment schedules and maintaining accurate records. - Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the center’s daily operations. - Creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all who visit our center.
