Associate Enablement Consultant

Role Description

BlackRainbow are looking for an Associate Enablement Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical post-sales activities within the Black Rainbow’s Solution Delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver self-serve materials, including e-learning and video content.
• Identify gaps in customer knowledge and design materials to bridge these gaps.
• Learn, document, and share best practices and re-usable assets with Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team.
• Develop strong working relationships across internal functions (Sales, Product, Delivery, Operations, Marketing, etc.).
• Create and develop both internal documentation and initiatives to improve understanding and communication between business functions.
• Record, communicate, and work to resolve any risks or issues that may impact project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience creating informative video content.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to learn and adapt autonomously.
• Excellent general information technology skills.
• Enthusiasm in learning new technologies.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to fulfil all requirements to achieve Security Clearance (SC) and NPPV3.

Requirements

• Familiarity with forensic processes and tools.
• Experience with Learning Management System Administration.
• Experience public speaking.
