Position Summary Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey—before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.Work You’ll DoAs a Project - Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the project, you will:Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of project management, classified scheduling, and reporting systems for client programs, including Integrated Master Schedules, Earned Value Management Systems, risk registers, and related tools.Consolidate project assignments, milestones, and performance data into integrated program views; analyzing cost and schedule control systems; and providing recommendations to program managers to support policy compliance and mission objectives.Perform investment decision analyses, including benchmarking, trade-off studies, pairwise comparisons, and security or vulnerability evaluations.Coordinate and deliver specialized training for contractor and subcontractor personnel on project controls, scheduling, EVMS, and risk analysis tools.The successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to othersThe TeamDeloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. Active TS or DOE-Q security clearance required.Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 4 - 5 days per week in Washington, DC.Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Arlington, VA, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Arlington, VA and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,700 to $162,800. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
