Senior Scrum Master - Data Parsing

Senior Scrum Master - DevOps & Quality Assurance About the Role: Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes for the data parsing team, removing impediments and enforcing Scrum principles so the team can deliver robust, scalable parsing tooling for ingest into customer systems. Responsibilities: Facilitate sprint planning, daily/weekly scrums (15-30 min stand-ups), retrospectives, and backlog grooming using tools like Jira. Track metrics (velocity, open/closed tickets) and remove impediments; coach the team on Agile best practices. Produce the Weekly Scrum Master Report and Quarterly SM Progress Reports for executive and technical stakeholders. Coordinate with the SME and Product Owner on task assignment and prioritization. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in software/R&D environments; Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required. Strong facilitation, metrics tracking, and stakeholder-communication skills. Self-driven; able to mentor and convey information across teams. Maintain required clearance.
