Key Responsibilities Deliver pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative nursing care in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols. Prepare patients for procedures, verify informed consent, and administer medications, IV therapies, and conscious sedation as appropriate. Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after procedures, ensuring timely intervention and optimal outcomes. Assess dialysis access sites for patency and identify potential complications or concerns. Provide patient education and discharge instructions, ensuring patients and families understand home care requirements. Facilitate safe patient transfers to EMS or hospital facilities when needed. Maintain accurate medical records and enter clinical data to support patient follow-up and quality initiatives. Support infection prevention efforts, quality assurance programs, and compliance with OSHA and regulatory standards. Assist with inventory management, crash cart maintenance, equipment checks, and overall operational readiness. Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional patient experiences and outcomes. What You’ll Bring Required Qualifications Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent from an accredited nursing program Current Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of acute care or critical care nursing experience Experience administering and monitoring conscious sedation Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient education skills Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced procedural environment Every patient interaction is an opportunity to make a difference.
