Job Description:

Exciting full-time Registered Nurse II position in a structured healthcare setting, designed for a day-shift schedule.

You'll deliver patient-centered care including assessments, vital signs, wound care, medication administration, and thorough documentation while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality.

A comprehensive two-week orientation on the day shift will help you ramp up quickly, followed by ongoing training to expand your clinical skills.
