Your Role We are looking for a talented, experienced designer or architect to join our team. Architects/designers are fully integrated into project teams from conceptual design through construction administration. Designers are expected to exhibit confidence and a strong collaborative attitude. Flexibility, initiative, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude are important qualities we look for. Candidates must exhibit a strong graphic sensibility, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external parties. Qualifications: Education: Professional degree in architecture Experience: 3 or more years of related work experience Licensure: Preferred but not required Additional Requirements: Ability to develop conceptual designs into detailed documents that support the design. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and preference for experience with Enscape. Certification, or interest in certification, in LEED or WELL. Experience (work experience, degree, or certificate) with historic preservation, urban planning, or sustainability is a bonus.
