Project Information/Overview:

Looking for Conversational Designer who has IVR experience - years of IVR

Re-platforming and moving to a new vendor, by end of Feb, should have a new vendor selected. Enterprise team that has designers that support current platform, some site on our team and others contracted out through carious supplies. Supporting legacy IVR and as we start to build on new platform, help lead and create designs for new IVR experience on new platform

Still have millions of dollars of work to maintain while migrating to new platform, work over next 2 years

Create designs so development team can start building

Required Skills:
• Conversational design skills - all mid to senior
• IVR
• Call flow patterns for IVR dialog
• UX writing skills
• All audio IVR experience
• Chatbot would be a plus
• Want them to know platform, but has not been decided
• Ideally has some of all of it AWS Lex, Google Dialogflow, Genesys
• GenAI would be preferred
• Grammar
• NLU - Natural Language Understanding
• Able to work independently from design perspective

Portfolio: Work that shows what they have done, just examples of what they have done from an IVR standpoint and writing skills

Soft Skills: Working with design team today with two internal designers and then working with product managers and collaborate with the development teams as they pass over the designs. Working with legacy contract designers as well and assisting them in learning the tools. Peer reviews.

Use Nuance today for IVR and design perspective and going to start using dialogflow and with new platform, will build some with dialogflow and built out in new platform
