Description The Modules Operations Program Manager (Modules NPO) ensures that critical components driving new features in our products ramp on time, with high quality and maximum customer availability. Following each new product release, the Modules NPO leads the post‑ramp qualification (PRQ) process for new component or design changes that help to improve field performance, increase supply, and reduce cost. Modules NPOs are pivotal to the dynamic development and launch of Apple’s products, as well as the ongoing health of our sustaining business. A successful Modules NPO is a leader and facilitator; is dynamic, driven, organized and detail‑oriented; excels in program / project management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts. We lead within worldwide Operations and collaborate with the core product development team and other functional organizations within Apple. Responsibilities Establishes a strong network with Engineering and Operations teams; leverages the network to drive convergence between development schedule, module ramp requirements, and new product launch. Drives PRQ readiness with Engineering, Operations and OEM teams, planning build requirements, tracking material availability, and overseeing build execution. Influences product manufacturability, testability and supply chain responsiveness in pursuit of low cost and flexibility while stewarding quality. Manages communications, upward and downward through the organization; raising key issues and options for resolution with executive teams. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain or Product/Program Management. MS or BS Degree. Preferred Qualifications Strong leader, proactive, detail oriented, hands‑on and results driven. Solid communication skills and ability to build strong relationships to influence cross‑functional teams. Ability to travel up to 15‑20%. Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience. Masters or MBA considered a plus. Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $157,200 and $236,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
