Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing customized therapy plans under the guidance of licensed physical therapists, focusing on strategies that help patients regain mobility and confidence.
• Lead patients through therapeutic exercises specifically designed to alleviate pain, improve strength, and enhance functionality, while monitoring their progress and adjusting as necessary.
• Utilize a variety of hands-on techniques and therapeutic equipment, such as ultrasound machines, electrical stimulation devices, and manual therapy methods, to facilitate patient recovery.
• Accurately document patient progress and treatment notes using electronic medical record (EMR) software, ensuring all records are up-to-date for ongoing assessment and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to evaluate outcomes and contribute to case discussions that influence patient care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries, including joint replacements, fractures, and sports injuries. Qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field , with a focus on physical therapy practice.
• Hold an active California PTA license (or eligibility) consistent with state regulations.
• A minimum of two years of experience working as a Physical Therapist Assistant, specifically in outpatient orthopedic settings.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation equipment.
• Experience in developing personalized exercise regimens and managing patient progress in a collaborative environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 85,000 annually , reflecting your experience and commitment to excellence in patient care.
