PET/CT Technologist
Seven Healthcare is pleased to offer a travel opportunity for a PET/CT Technologist in Cooperstown, NY. This assignment consists of 10-hour day shifts, 4 shifts per week, totaling 40 hours, with a weekly pay of $4,500.

Key responsibilities of the PET/CT Technologist:
- Perform PET and CT imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely and accurately
- Position patients properly to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
- Monitor patients during imaging procedures and provide compassionate care throughout the process
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and infection control policies
- Evaluate image quality and perform quality assurance checks on imaging equipment
- Accurately document patient information, procedures, and imaging results
- Collaborate with radiologists, oncologists, and other healthcare professionals to support diagnosis and treatment planning
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of recent PET/CT Technologist experience
- Active ARRT (RT)(R) certification required
- ARRT (N) and/or NMTCB certification preferred or required by facility
- Current New York State Radiologic Technologist license (if applicable)
- BLS certification required
- Experience with PET/CT systems, radiopharmaceutical administration, and advanced imaging protocols
- Strong technical, communication, and patient care skills
