Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Rotating Weekends | No Call Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Free Standing Emergency Department (FSED) setting with 11 beds
• Float between two FSED locations as required by unit needs
• Perform IV starts and 12-lead EKG interpretation as part of routine patient assessment
• Operate and monitor unit equipment including ventilators and point-of-care lab machines
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
• Collaborate as part of a small team, supporting charge nursing staff and contributing to a positive unit environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room or FSED nursing experience
• Proficiency with IV starts and 12-lead EKG performance and interpretation
• Ability to work rotating weekends
• Ability to float between multiple FSED locations
• Team-oriented, inclusive, and collaborative approach to patient care

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior Free Standing Emergency Department (FSED) experience
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR
• Experience working in small-team, high-autonomy emergency care environments
