Business Operations Associate

Supporting the day-to-day operations of a virtual behavioral health clinic, the full-time Associate, Business Operations will manage patient referrals, coordinate scheduling changes, and assist with billing workflows in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage administrative workflow for new patient referrals, build accurate patient records, and support appointment reminders Field incoming patient calls, coordinate scheduling changes, and ensure a smooth virtual front-desk experience Serve as the first line of support for the internal clinic helpdesk, triaging issues and escalating as necessary Required qualifications 0-2 years of experience in operations, administrative support, customer service, or healthcare-related roles Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Problem-solving orientation with good judgment in decision-making Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Genuine interest in behavioral health and supporting patient care; Spanish-language proficiency is a plus
