Telecommunications Specialist- Direct Hire Authority

Duties
Implements telecommunication programs and special projects.
Provides technical assistance/guidance to system users, program manager, and contracting personnel.
Plans and develops methods, procedures, policies, and techniques concerning telecommunications systems.
Develops statements of work for telecommunications projects.
Prepares budget, technical reports, staff studies, and briefings.
Provides customer assistance and/or training for assigned telecommunications systems.
