Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)

Supervise nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care during shifts. Assist the Director of Nursing in coordinating and overseeing the Nursing Services Department. Supervise and support nurses in managing patients during acute episodes, following regulations and facility policies. Address employee concerns promptly and document actions taken. Current CPR certification and commitment to annual renewal. Experience in geriatric nursing and long-term care preferred. Ability to supervise staff, ensure compliance with policies, and follow local, state, and federal regulations. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
