Patient Concierge - Call Center

About this Position Wave Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Laser Center is an aggressively growing Aesthetic Clinic, specializing in advanced anti‑aging techniques, plastic surgery, and non‑invasive cosmetic treatments. Led by our founder, Dr. Peter Lee, a trainer/instructor to fellow plastic surgeons both nationally and internationally, we currently have 4 surgeons and operate 5 locations in California. We are looking to add a highly motivated and experienced Patient Concierge to our plastic surgery center. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy customer service. The Patient Concierge is an important first line of contact with our customers, setting the tone for how our Clinic services are experienced. They will convert inquiries into in‑person consultations and handle complaints to ensure questions and issues are resolved promptly and accurately. Job Responsibilities Provide outstanding service and maintain strong professional relationships with patients via telephone. Receive, originate, and schedule appointments for consultations and treatments in each of our offices. Convert phone inquiries into in‑office consultations. Collect customer feedback from online and offline channels daily and enter it into our database. Courtly and promptly resolve patient concerns or refer to appropriate personnel. Monitor customer feedback and inquiries from online and offline channels, follow up to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve problems. Job Requirements Ability to prioritize and multi‑task in a fast‑paced, high‑volume work environment. Willingness to learn and work under pressure. Pleasant, cheerful phone voice. Well spoken and able to communicate clearly. Proficient in Windows/Microsoft Office. Highly accurate and detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Bilingual is a plus but not required (Spanish, Korean, Mandarin).
