Travel assignment, 13 weeks, 12hr days, 36 hours a week, starting November 16, 2026.

Pay as Cross Country posts it: about $2,280 a week in all, a taxable rate of $20 an hour plus $1,559.95 a week in housing and meal stipends.

Job Summary

Intermediate Care Unit Nurse. This role provides pre- and post-surgical care for adult inpatients in medical-surgical and telemetry settings. Responsibilities include dysrhythmia management and continuous vital sign monitoring.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license; at least 2 years of current nursing experience; experience caring for patients before and after surgery; dysrhythmia management experience; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Electronic medical record experience; 1–2 previous travel assignments.
• Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The role supports two levels of care: adult inpatient medical-surgical and telemetry care with continuous vital sign monitoring. Orientation is scheduled for the second and fourth Monday of each month.
