Entry Level Account Manager - Sales Training Provided

Spent college working in restaurants, hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing role? Those skills may translate better to sales than you think.

Atlas Consulting Group is hiring an Entry Level Account Manager to join our Denver sales team. This is a sales-focused position where you'll work directly with customers, learn how to represent our clients, and develop the communication, business, and leadership skills needed to grow within our organization.

No prior sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training.

What You'll Do

• Meet with prospective customers face-to-face to drive sales
• Learn and present our clients' products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Build strong customer relationships
• Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training
• Take on additional leadership responsibilities as you gain experience

Compensation

Expected annual compensation: $45,000–$65,000+

Compensation for this position includes base pay of $600 per week or the option of uncapped commission. Top earners average $1200+ per week with additional performance-based bonuses and incentives where applicable.

Actual earnings vary based on individual sales performance and other applicable factors. Compensation is not guaranteed at the top of the posted range.

This is a full-time, in-person position in the Denver metro area.
