Solid computer technology skills are necessary for report writing and communications. The ideal candidate stays current on latest company initiatives, policies, and procedures, while continually developing advanced technical knowledge in building science. Punctuality, the ability to work independently and a strong work ethic are also required. Salary based on experience and qualifications. Qualifications and Requirements 2+ years of construction, real estate, or home repair experience preferred Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills including patience with clients, answering all questions during and after the inspection Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude Physically fit for climbing ladders, walking on roofs, accessing crawl spaces and attics, and standing for long periods of time Able to lift 50 lbs May be required to enter homes that contain allergens such as pets, dust, mold, or other #J-18808-Ljbffr
