Physician - Advanced Gastroenterologist - Great Work/Life Balance

Role Overview

Benefis Health System invites a full‑time, part‑time or per‑diem Gastroenterologist to perform advanced procedures in Great Falls, Montana. The position supports our established practice serving 70,000 residents in Great Falls and 275,000 residents across North Central Montana.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced gastrointestinal procedures including EUS, ERCP, Endoscopic Ultrasound (Barryx), Spyglass, colonoscopies, EGDs, flexible sigmoidoscopies, and PEG tube placements.
• Provide clinical care in a 22,000‑sq‑ft Endoscopy Suite equipped with Olympus instrumentation and supported by a team of RNs and technicians.
• Participate in the hospital’s inpatient GI staffing model; call coverage is handled by a dedicated GI Hospitalist and PA‑C.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across neurosurgery, pulmonology, neurology, endocrinology, rheumatology, cardiothoracic and other specialties.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in Gastroenterology.
• Strong experience in advanced endoscopic procedures.
