The Stand isn't your average fast-casual restaurant. We've grown to 22+ locations across California and Texas and we're just getting started. That growth means opportunity for people who love food, work hard, and want to be part of something bigger.
We're looking for passionate Line Cooks who take pride in every plate, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and want to build a real career in food.
What You'll Do as a Line Cook:
- Cook and prep on multiple stations salad, fry, grill, and expo
- Follow our build guides to make every menu item consistently and correctly
- Keep your station clean, organized, and sanitary throughout every shift
- Prepare food items in a sanitary and timely manner
- Work as part of a tight-knit, supportive kitchen team
- Attend to special guest requests and go the extra mile

What We're Looking For a Line Cook:
- A passion for food and a desire to do things right
- Positive attitude, initiative, and a team-first mentality
- Reliable nights, weekends, and holidays are part of the job
- Ability to stay focused and move fast during a rush
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Compensation & Benefits:
- Tip pool (~$57/hr average) + performance bonus
- Up to $24.00 per hour
