This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately weigh cannabis products and place them into appropriate containersEnsure all products are labeled correctly with the necessary information, including strain, weight, and potencyMaintain high standards of quality control to ensure products meet company and regulatory standardsTrack and manage inventory of packaging materials and finished productsAdhere to all state and local regulations regarding cannabis packaging and labelingMaintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized regularlyWork closely with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targetsDocument and report any discrepancies or issues with packaging processesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesKnowledge of state and local cannabis regulations is a plusExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to lift and move up to 50 poundsAbility to consistently wear appropriate PPE (ie; masks, gloves, Tyvek suits) to prevent cross contamination and uphold cleanliness standardsBenefitsCompetitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offEmployee discounts on cannabis productsOpportunities for career growth and advancement100% Employee Owned Company (ESOP)Physical and Mental DemandsWhile performing the duties of this position, the employee is consistently required to remain stationary and standing for several hours at a time; they are also required to maneuver throughout the facility, and to work with different tools, machines, and shipments - occasionally being asked to lift up to 25 lbs. The employee will also be required to focus on and observe multiple processes throughout their shift. The employee must be prepared to work in varying temperatures - to include both hot and cold - throughout the facility.
