In this highly visible role, you will handle security‑related concerns with professionalism, strong communication, and customer focus while reflecting a caring culture, teamwork, reliability, agility, innovation, and integrity every day. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.44 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat 06:30 AM - 06:30 PM Sun 06:30 AM - 06:30 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service at the front desk by following site‑specific procedures, visitor protocols, and Allied Universal standards for security‑related operations. Monitor lobby activity, manage guest check‑in and access documentation, and help to deter unauthorized entry in a professional manner. Respond to incidents, inquiries, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving way, including contacting site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate. Observe cameras, alarms, and front desk systems, report unusual activity, and complete detailed logs and incident reports for the location. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
