Please Pre-screening to see if you qualify HCA Parkland Pre‑Screening – Fill out form Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSat04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem‑solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points, observe visitor and staff activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns according to site guidelines. Support daily operations by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and helping staff, patients, and visitors during routine and/or urgent situations. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security‑related experience. Meet hospital vaccine requirements. Be able to work in a hospital environment that includes a morgue. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED. Be at least 21 years of age. Be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting. Have at least 2 years of service in a healthcare/medical‑related field. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
