Campus Marketing Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team in Baltimore, MD. This is a fully onsite opportunity that offers valuable experience supporting various Human Resources functions and special projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess strong follow-up skills to ensure tasks and projects are completed accurately and on time. $24.00 hourly Full-time Key Responsibilities Assist the HR team with administrative and operational tasks. Support special HR projects, including employee engagement initiatives, process improvements, and department-related assignments. Maintain and update employee records and documentation. Track project deadlines and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork. Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and prepare materials as needed. Support data entry, reporting, and audit activities. Respond to general HR inquiries and direct employees to appropriate resources. Help organize training sessions, employee events, and other HR programs. Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred. Previous administrative, customer service, internship, or office experience is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Reliable with exceptional follow-up and follow-through abilities.
