Marketing ConsultantOne of Maryland's leading largest gas and electric utility.Job Description• Experience managing initiatives and programs across traditional and digital marketing channels • Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics. • Develop email campaigns, manage email database, and help increase customer experience • Proficient using Eloqua or other, similar marketing automation technology • Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization. • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions. • Manage email reports and establish email strategies • Manage and build email lists and campaigns, including design templates • Create and implement email campaigns and customer rendition programs: onboarding, promotions, etc. • Manage emails, develop email roadmap, and conduct QA testing email assets and ensure successful deploymentQualificationsEnergy Efficiency (residential & commercial) programs groupThis role is someone that is concentrated on their email marketing presence (with the new tool they bought)Will be responsible for website updates too (making ONLY content updates)Primarily email marketing with Oracle Eloqua platformWorking with one of many agencies to create emails, develop email campaigns using data analytics, working with website updates as neededWill work with multiple departments across BGECurrently using SharePoint for content management systemLooking for someone with 5 years exp or equivalentNeed to be able to work in fast paced environment (across multiple groups)Excellent communication & organizational skillsNeed someone that is a Do'er, needs to be able take initiativeWould be nice to have the Oracle Eloqua experience (or experience with an email automation tool) preferredWeb content editing experience preferredExperience on the creative marketing side of things preferredhtml experience would be niceAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
