Job Description
- Maintains and repairs equipment such as air conditioners, cooling towers, sinks, etc., which may include HVAC, electrical, painting, and plumbing.
- Troubleshoot/repair equipment as assigned.
- Interpret and evaluate prints and technical drawings
- Must be capable of working at height (Ladders, Man Lifts, etc.)
- Ensure that all work is performed in a safe manner, in compliance with all safety regulations
- Perform facility repairs as assigned.
- Install/transfer equipment in all Technimark locations.
- Help maintain central storage area.
- Respond quickly to emergency situations, calling additional assistance as needed including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Enter and maintain CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) data, which develops maintenance history, plans, and accounts for labor hours.
- Travel to other Technimark locations, including international travel.
