## Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Ashboro, NC, 27203. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing routine maintenance and repairs. If you have a knack for fixing things and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

## Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and plumbing.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
