Project Manager
This role involves managing medium to large-scale complex, cross-workstream and platform projects that have a direct impact on the company. The individual will drive cross projects based on defined priorities, ensuring scope of deliverables, timelines, and governance materials are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Bachelors, GED or equivalent certification
- 5 years of recent experience as Project Manager
- At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering or interacting with internal business clients
- At least 3 years of Project Management, Process Management or Relationship Management experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in top big tech clients would be needed
- PMP certification
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Drive cross projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and governance materials are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and/or escalate as needed; manage complex up and downstream project impacts.
- Plan, document, manage and execute project plans to ensure delivery. This activity includes management through design, planning, testing, implementation, and transfer to business as usual.
- Leverage problem-solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation.
- Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery.
- Forge relationships with Product, Tech, Business Analyst, Process, and other key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments and alignment through launch.
- Lead and manage meetings; document progress and report to stakeholders on project status.
- Identify ways to improve and streamline process and collaboration across workstreams.
