This direct hire opportunity is for a Home Infusion Pharmacist role based in Syracuse, NY. The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured workweek for balance and consistency.

Responsibilities include verifying IV prescriptions to ensure accuracy and safety, supervising pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow and compliance, and communicating directly with patients to manage their infusion therapies effectively. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current New York State Pharmacist license is mandatory
