We're seeking a Financial Counselor to work directly with patients, guiding them through financial assistance options and providing support every step of the way.

- Meet with patients face-to-face to discuss financial options
- Assist with Medi-Cal, Medicaid, and other programs
- Help ensure patients receive the support they need while maximizing reimbursement
- Experience with Medi-Cal & Medicaid (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable in a patient-facing role
